MINI MANAGEMENT

Our Mini Management is designed for clients that need a little more than a 5 Star changeover clean, but do not require full management.

1.  Changing key codes after each clean and supplying next guests with new key codes, when the property is ready on the day of their arrival.


2.  Managing and supplying; Toilet Rolls, Bin Bags, Wash cloths, Washing up liquid, Dishwasher tablets and Hand soap.

3.  Inventory checks.   When we clean we make a visual check for missing/damaged items anyway but this is a more in depth check specifically checking the inventory off each time.

4.  Responding to and creating guest reviews after each check out.
