Limelight Property Management is owned and operated by Lu Hooper, who has over 25 years experience working within the property sector in Exeter.  From residential sales and lettings to commercial acquisitions for companies such JD Wetherspoon. 

Since Airbnb launched in the UK during 2010 Lu has personally hosted in excess of 50 guests in her own property, offering 2 spare rooms with breakfast included.  She has hosted guests from all over the world including; Iceland, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Spain, Japan, UAE to name but a few.   

Following the successful start up of her sister company www.limelightcleaning.co.uk in 2014 Lu was aware that there was a need for a local agent with expertise in Management, Cleaning and Hospitality to assist several of her existing clients with the management of their Exeter holiday Airbnb properties.

Since Limelimelight Property Management was formed Limelight has managed thousands of successful bookings for clients in and around the Exeter area.  Having hosted numerous guests herself, stayed in numerous Airbnb accommodation and managed bookings for clients for over 15 years her knowledge and expertise are second to none!

Unlike many Airbnb Management companies Lu doesn't open the office at 9am and finish at 5pm.  Lu is available 24/7 for her guests...because you have to be!  Lu provides the whole service from start to finish at a fraction of the price that residential agents do!!  So not only do you get a full qualilty service at a competitive price with a local agent, with years of experience, you also get someone that guarantees to be on hand whenever needed and a real professional, yet personal touch.   

Limelight Property Management are there to help your guests from the very first email enquiry until the minute they check out...no closing at 5pm here!!  Lu ALWAYS personally checks her clients accommodation prior to new guests arriving to make sure that a 5 Star standard is provided, she adds finishing touches such as towel origami and welcome packs if requested.  Upon check out the accommodation is thoroughly checked over to ensure there is no loss or damage.
